I was awake before dawn as is usual for me. The life of a pirate is one of early rising to catch the morning's first light. Normally I would have swaggered out into the day and taken my morning constitutional, however a quick check revealed a small wrinkly cleaning lady dusting the hallway. I couldn't bring myself to exit the safe haven that was my room. Half-tempted to leap out the window and rappel down the walls, I decided against it and waited. Finally she moved on and I was free to exit wit...

Mid-afternoon saw me inebriated and our group being challenged by a patrol of those genetic abominations. One of these days I will find the damn Wizard who created them and show him what re-engineering of someone's genetics can do to him. After the surly and rude patrol left us to continue I started to feel shivers up and down my spine. I couldn't explain it. Was it some sort of Saristan warning sense that I had grown into? About three hours later I realised what it was ... we were heading to a ...

So we're travelling the desert with the Equus. Everyone is all stern and serious about the mission. By the stars! I really did get signed up on the wrong tour. There was nothing more for it than to drink my rum and have some fun. I have pretty much confirmed in my mind that my Equus is far smarter than most of the people I've met. Never having ridden a land animal before, it seemed my mount was teaching me how to ride. To test this theory I hatched a bit of a practical joke for the evening. O...

As usual I am the one who arrived at the tower first. It's always good to get somewhere early so you can ensure that nothing is wrong. The same guards were there, or were they different ones. Who knows, and to be honest, the pounding in my head from last night's entertainment doesn't care much. Once again I casually walked the streets, caught up with a fine lass Penelope who was obviously into me. Her jealous ugly sister, or cousin, dragged her away. Damn the ugly ones. Where was Ha Bibi whe...

I arose early as I always do, and headed out into the day for a leisurely stroll to the meeting place. On the way I met and befriended many a refined lady. Obvioulsy their husbands and suitors knew not what they were doing, as I didn't even use my charms upon them and yet they were drawn to me. Well who can blame them, I am who I am. The two guards at the door treated me badly in my opinion. But there was no need to show them who was best with a weapon, for I can live in the knowledge that ...

There I was, sitting in my favourite tavern, The Inn of the Red Moon, minding my own business, discussing chests with a young tomb raider named Ha Bibi. The wine was flowing, the barmaids were friendly, and I was enjoying my night. And then that old wrinkled man (well I guess it was a man - hate to think it was female) appeared at our table and started talking to us. He was after an adventurer or two for his employer. Poor guy, didn't even realise how ugly he was. Even after I offered him so...
